phonics assessment data sheet phase 2-5 (includes tricky words)
simple grids to record the phonemes that children know from phase 2 - 5. Also includes tricky words from phase 2,3,4, and 5.
Each grid has a column to add each child's initials ( there are 30 rows but can be edited to suit your class)
I have used this grid for a few years now and find it great as you can see your whole class gaps at a glance and it can be added to at the end of each half term. You could even use different colours to record each half term so that you can see their progress.
